Davenport Partners consists of four principals who formerly managed the operations of Spieker Properties in Southern California. These principals include John Davenport, Tom Herta, Jeff Nickell, Mitch Ritschel, Rick Romney and Mark Valentine. While at Spieker Properties they collectively acquired, developed and operated over eleven million square feet in office and industrial properties throughout Southern California, valued at $1.9 billion dollars.

Davenport Partners is actively seeking investment and development opportunities primarily in Southern California, but will also consider other West Coast markets including Hawaii.
